There is so much I can say about my experience with Mary.   Previously I had used a couple of different realtors in different areas not knowing about Mary and her willingness to travel to show and sell a house.   I went to Mary because my previous experiences were absolutely horrible and she was nice and close to my listing….   Not knowing how great she was I was just amazed. Hands down the best there is anywhere. Instantly came out and took pictures, told me the property was worth way more than I thought, handled Everything, and then sold it the first day. After that, she took over with the paperwork and helped a ton with speeding up the bank and lawyers.   Mary does not mess around at all and still makes working together so much fun.   I highly recommend she buy or sell a house.   I have contacted recently to view a couple of homes. Sandy was absolutely amazing. From the start, she listened to everything Mavrick and I were looking for in a house. Once we settled on a general area of where we wanted to locate Sandy got right to work. She found numerous houses that fit our wants and needs. We looked at approximately 10-15 houses in the Mohawk Valley. Sandy was upfront about every house, and knew all the particulars about every house she was showing us, which is food because we are particular. There were a few snags on the other side of the transaction, but with that came Sandy who got right to work and worked tirelessly to resolve help the issues that the selling side was having. Every question or concern I had about the house buying process, Sandy was there to guide, and help in any way possible. She made countless phone calls on our behalf, and truly shows she is an experienced and thourough real estate agent. She left no stone unturned and it shows. She is tenacious and will do anything to help her clients. I would recommend Sandy to any person who is looking to buy or sell property, because bottom line, she will get you results...

My husband and I, with our two young children, had to make a big move in a VERY short amount of time.  Shirley was the entire reason that this was able to happen!  She was caring, responsive, and extremely helpful in all aspects of the process.  We felt like we were with a family member the first time we met her.  She figured out exactly what we were looking for and what was essential for our young family. Recently, Suzie Fraser helped us to find our new home! This is the fourth time we worked with Suzie and sought her out after much success in finding and purchasing our last home. Suzie sold our first home too! After nearly seven wonderful years, we decided to sell and purchase again. Suzie was our first call! She met with us quickly and using her advice, prepped our home for sale while we began to look. We were focused on a certain area, and although we expanded our search a few times, kept coming back to a location close to family. Houses were selling rapidly, but Suzie always found a way to get us in quickly for a showing! We looked at so many houses and she never hesitated to bring us a second time or show us a new listing.
